Package Details and Terms:
The following terms apply to all customers purchasing Consulting and Professional Services from Bliss Media Studio. Unless specified otherwise noted in contracts, the terms described herein will apply.
Billing
- Billing for Consulting Packages occurs monthly from the Effective Date and continues unless canceled.
Project Initiation
- All Consulting Services are predicated on your readiness to commence within 15 days from the Effective Date, ensuring timely and efficient project startup.
Placing Projects on Hold
- Should you request a pause in Services for more than 30 days or fail to initiate as scheduled, a holding fee of 20% of the monthly package fee will be applied monthly until the project resumes.
Expiration of Services
- Services not initiated within one year of the Effective Date will expire, with all fees paid retained by Bliss Media Studio.
Postponement and Cancellations
- Postponements made with less than seven business days’ notice or no-shows may significantly impact project timelines and budgets, with re-scheduling fees applied accordingly.
Deliverables Acceptance
- You are responsible for reviewing and accepting deliverables within 7 business days of delivery, with deliverables deemed accepted if not rejected within this timeframe.
Business Hours and Office Closures
- Services are delivered during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mountain time zone, excluding Bliss Media Studio’s observed holidays.
These terms are designed to ensure clear, mutual understanding and smooth delivery of Consulting and Professional Services, setting the foundation for successful collaboration between your organization and Bliss Media Studio.
