Package Details and Terms:
- Minimum Term: Engage with our Atlassian support packages for a minimum of three months, with annual contracts available for extended support.
- Service Hours: Our consulting services are available Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Mountain Time, excluding US Public holidays.
- Response Times: Expect a response within one working day for the Silver package and within four hours for Gold and Platinum packages.
- Support Channel: Submit requests through our service desk in English, ensuring accessibility and efficiency.
- Support Access: To deliver our services, administrative rights to your Atlassian instances are required.
- Scope: We provide support for Jira Work Management, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Jira Align, including common apps.
- Billing: Monthly support is billed at the month’s end, while annual contracts are invoiced in advance. Exceeding your package’s support quota? We offer additional support at our on-demand rate, with the option to upgrade your package at any time.
